1. Scope of application and contractual partners

The following terms and conditions govern the use of exclusive escort services by the agency Luxella Escort (hereinafter referred to as “Agency”) via the website www.luxella-escort.com.

Luxella Escort is an escort agency for exclusive escort services offered via the sophisticated platform www.luxella-escort.com. In compliance with the Swiss Code of Obligations (CO), the agency acts as an intermediary in the sense of direct representation pursuant to Art. 32.

These provisions apply without prejudice to statutory provisions.

2. Definitions

We refer to every visitor to the www.luxella-escort.com website as a user.

By escort models, we mean the elegant people who offer exclusive escort services through the Luxella Escort agency.

A client is any person over the age of 18 who enters into a contractual relationship with one or more escort models through the agency Luxella Escort.

3. Presentation of the ladies’ services

4. Payment options and down payments

For your convenience, we offer various payment options: Cash, TWINT or bank transfer to Luxella Escort Agency’s business account. Please note that any fees incurred must be borne by the customer. If a deposit is required, the rate to be paid must be transferred to Luxella Escort no later than one working day before the service is used.

Online means of payment: If you choose an online means of payment, the client authorizes Luxella Escort to collect the rate for the escort model by the appropriate means.

Cash payment: For clients who prefer to pay in cash, payment is made directly at the beginning of the meeting by handing over the agreed rate to the escort model.

Deposits for special circumstances: In the event that the escort model has to travel by plane or the journey takes more than three hours, a deposit of at least 40% of the agreed rate is required. This deposit should be received by Luxella Escort before the start of the trip.

Default of payment: In the event of non-payment of the agreed rate and any expenses incurred, the booked escort model is entitled to refuse to provide services and/or withdraw from the contract.

Please note that all rate and expense regulations are communicated transparently on the website www.luxella-escort.com and must be accepted without reservation when using our services.

5. Escort rates and expenses:

The following regulations apply to the use of exclusive escort services with regard to rates and expenses incurred:

Rate: The rate for the services of the escort models is determined according to the rates stated on the website www.luxella-escort.com. It is to be paid by the customer in the agreed amount and in accordance with the agreed payment modalities. If the escort model is subject to VAT, the statutory VAT will be added to the escort rate accordingly.

When processing escort rates, Luxella Escort acts as a legitimate collection agency on behalf of the escort models placed. The authorization to collect the escort rates owed and expenses incurred was granted to Luxella Escort by the escort model in question. This collection authority enables the efficient execution of financial transactions and ensures the collection of all agreed escort rates and expenses in accordance with the stipulated agreements.

Expenses: Expenses may be incurred in addition to the escort rate. This includes in particular travel costs (train ticket, cab, plane ticket) and accommodation costs for the escort model. The customer undertakes to pay these expenses in accordance with the conditions agreed in advance.

Individual special requests: Special customer requests, such as Greek services, which are finally approved by the escort model, will be invoiced separately at the rates individually specified by the escort model. Luxella Escort is available on request to provide comprehensive information on these special services.

Luxella Escort pursues an approach of transparency and openness in all business matters and will be happy to answer any questions you may have regarding the handling of escort rates.

6. booking and conclusion of contract

The booking of an escort model is made by the client via the website www.luxella-escort.com and constitutes a binding offer. Luxella Escort is an agency that acts as a direct representative between clients and booked escort models. The Luxella escort agency accepts booking requests in the name and on behalf of the escort models, coordinates the service and arranges a contract between the client and the escort model.

The acceptance of the offer is made by the Luxella Escorts Agency, which results in a legally binding contract between the client and the booked escort model.

The Luxella Escort Agency does not act as a contractual partner of the client, but merely provides a platform for the escort models to offer their escort services. The actual provision of services is the sole responsibility of the escort model and the client. The client does not conclude a contract with the Luxella Escort Agency.

With the booking of one or more escort models by the client, these General Terms and Conditions enter into force as a binding part of the contract between the booked escort model and the client.

The escort agency reserves the right to refuse or cancel booking requests without giving reasons.

7 Data protection and confidentiality

Luxella Escort Agency and the booked escort model undertake to keep the client’s personal data strictly confidential in accordance with data protection regulations. All information, including the customer’s personal data, is handled in accordance with the applicable laws and is not passed on to third parties. Compliance is in accordance with the Federal Act on Data Protection (FADP), the Ordinance to the Federal Act on Data Protection (OFADP), the Telecommunications Act (TCA) and other data protection regulations, including the General Data Protection Regulation of the European Union (GDPR). At the same time, the customer is obliged to treat all personal information of the escort model as confidential. This obligation applies beyond the provision of the service and remains in force even after the end of the contract.

8 Cancellation conditions

We understand that situations can change and that flexibility is sometimes required. Therefore, both our clients and our escort models have the right to withdraw from the contract at any time and for any reason.

In the event of withdrawal before the start of the booked service, we will refund the fee already paid in full, less any expenses incurred up to that point. 

In the event of a short-notice cancellation of a previously confirmed escort appointment, we kindly ask you to inform us immediately. If you fail to do so, especially if the escort model is already on her way to the agreed meeting point, a compensation fee of 500 EUR/CHF will be charged in addition to the travel costs incurred. Any remaining amounts will be credited to future escort bookings.

Applicable law: Swiss law applies exclusively to all disputes in connection with our services. The place of jurisdiction for any legal disputes is Zug.
